In February 2023, our Chef Mirko LASORSA took over the helm of the restaurant La Belle Epoque.
Sensitive to flavours, which he likes to surprise, to textures, which he wants to complement each other, and to a balanced diet, each of his creations resembles a culinary work of art. The first step in the creative process is careful selection of the products, with an emphasis on local, artisanal production.
With its warm red tones and meticulous decor, the dining room is reminiscent of the restaurant’s name, La Belle Époque. Warm in winter, cool in summer when temperatures rise too high.
