The Heritage Hotel
The Hôtel Héritage is located in the center of Cognac and it was completely restored in 2019, while retaining the charm of yesteryear with the old exposed stones and the standing of the architecture. Hôtel François Premier Cognac Centre

Restaurant La Belle Epoque
Located in the heart of the Hôtel Héritage Cognac Centre, La Belle Epoque restaurant offers cuisine that reflects the personality of its chef, Mirko LASORSA: a great sensitivity to flavours, textures and a balanced diet. Each of his creations is a culinary work of art.
When the weather’s fine, the patio is the place to be for lunches and dinners. Beneath the century-old wisteria or under the newly renovated arcades in the centre of town, it’s the place to eat while keeping cool.
Out of season, the warm red tones and meticulous decor are reminiscent of the restaurant’s name, La Belle Epoque. It’s as warm in winter as it is cool in summer under the wisteria.
Restaurant La Maison Cognac
La Maison, set in one of Cognac’s most sought-after locations, welcomes you to a chic, trendy setting that’s both cosy and businesslike.
It’s a genuine Charentais house that was brought up to date in 2021. Our customers will also appreciate the open-plan kitchen, where our chefs, led by MAxence JASICA, prepare colourful, tasty dishes influenced by seasonal produce and international flavours.
The menu, which is created and renewed every week*, offers a never-ending journey that enhances the impressive wine list proposed by Cédric and his team.

Bar Louise
The first cocktail bar in Cognac to open in 2012, Louise took up residence within its own walls just a few steps from the Hôtel François Premier, on the eponymous square, with independent access in summer 2017.
The atmosphere is chic and relaxed, with a contemporary interior. The regularly updated menu is always highly creative and diverse, featuring cognac, local spirits and fresh, home-made produce.
The Louise offers a unique, top-of-the-range experience, whether you want to enjoy a drink with friends, discover the delicacy and diversity of cognac, or take part in a cocktail workshop with colleagues at a seminar, for example.
